Man it feels like it’s been a crazy week. Just always feels like it’s so busy, always something goin’ on with these kids. But it’s been a great week. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Charis had a couple of softball games and split them earlier in the week. Hunter had a track meet on Thursday, all of Knox County. He did so great. He gets faster all the time. He got 17th overall in the 100m, got 10th overall in the 200m running his personal best time, and his relay team finished second in the 4x400m.

Finally, Phoenix bought his first car yesterday. Did it all on his own. So proud of that kid. He’s worked hard and saved (not spent) most of the money he’s earned over the past two (plus) years, and it all paid off yesterday. He bought a really nice 2017 BMW 330i xDrive. He found it locally and got a great deal on it.

We are so very blessed. Thank you Lord for blessing us with such great kids.
