Yeah, bedtime and my phone is a problem for me. I need to not be reaching for my phone before I turn to God in the mornings. Similarly, it should stop being the last thing I look at before I roll over and sleep at night.
Distraction from God is a powerful tactic of the enemy.
Attention / Distraction
My attention is fractured through most of each day. The roaming of the mind.
"It's time for lunch" can be all the distraction we need from time focused on meditation with God.
When was theast time I was fully in a moment, with God or anyone, without reaching for my phone?
Silence and solitude are absolutely things I need to practice more regularly.
