The Screwtape Letters @ Faith Promise

  • The motions remain, but the passion is gone.

  • When did you last pray with hunger and thirst, and not just habit?

  • There's never anything intentional about the drift.

  • It happens slowly, gradually over time.

  • The enemy loves the drift, because it never sets off an alarm in our lives.
