Game over. Lotta work to do for Concord before 8/22.

Then Lakeway’s backups march down and score also.

Backups got in for a series on offense and scored. Brown to Yexley for the touchdown.

Lakeway scores on a screen pass on 4th and 4.

7-28 Lakeway.

Credit where it’s due … beautiful play and interception on a deep ball to Bonner. Lakeway ball.

It was a decent pass, though perhaps slightly under thrown. Defense up.

Lakeway player down after a Concord … believe it was a first down.

Concord ball, first and 10 at the 30.

Defense holds. Lakeway punting.

Deep ball just off the outstretched finger tips of Moulden. So close. Turnover on down. First down Lakeway at the Concord 30.

Swing pass incomplete. Fourth down.

Quickly 3rd and 9.

Browns pass blocked on play 1.

Offense up. Bit of a hole to dig out of here in the second half. Sco Lions!

Think we’re at halftime here. There’s no clock, so, hard to tell. Play has stopped for the moment.

Think you could make a good argument for DPI on that play, but the breaks always go the way of the team that’s playing better. Right now, Lakeway is playing better.

Pass incomplete in the end zone. Lakeway holds.

Pass broken up. 4th down. Been a bit of an ugly, sloppy drive for Concord.

Another … false start. This is just ugly.

Another false start. 2nd and 11.

Another false start. 2nd and 6.

Reverse to Moulden for 9 yards. 2nd and 1 from the 13.

First down on a nice comeback pass to Moulden.

Ward sacked. 4th and 18 from the 40.

False start. 3rd and 13.

Now 3rd and 8 …

Nice gain on first down, pass to Lundy for another first down.

First down, pitch to Smith over the right side.

Pass broken up on 3rd and 5. Going for it on 4th down …

Had several chances to get stops on this drive and couldn’t do it. 7-21 Lakeway. Can the offense keep pace??

Had ‘em … 3rd and 9, and gave it up. Whiffed tackle. Ugh.

70 yard touchdown for Maurice Smith in the option play. XP good. 7-14 Lakeway. Defenses turn to step up now.

Dang Maurice is fast. He got past two great blocks and was gone down the sideline.

Offense up. Gotta answer here.

Refs blew an inadvertent whistle, our guys stopped playing, so they’re giving Lakeway the touchdown. That … sucks. 0-14 Lakeway. Not ideal.

Nice TFL Dereon Bonner.

Got ‘em into 3rd and 4, and they made us jump offsides. First down.

Not a great start for Concord.

Unsportsmanlike conduct to make it 4th and almost 20. Punting.

Quickly 3rd and 6.

Offenses turn. Can we move the ball against them …

They made it look a little bit too easy against our defense. Need to clean it up. They just marched down and scored pretty easily on us. 0-7 Lakeway. Unofficial score.

We kicked off. No actual contact on kickoff. Nice kick by Asher to the 5 yard line. Defense up first.
