Lotta good football today. Vols will take on Arkansas at Arkansas where they haven’t won in 25 years or something like that (I read something about that the other day, hope that’s accurate). Ducks are hosting a much improved UCLA team. Several other interesting matchups today too. Red River Rivalry (Texas vs Oklahoma), Indiana bs Nebraska, Alabama vs Georgia … great day for some football!!
I’m already pretty disappointed in the Ducks today in general, but at this point, if Drew Mehringer is still running the offense next week, I will be extremely disappointed. That dude absolutely should not have a job after this performance. With the weapons this Oregon team has on the offensive side of the ball, having less than 150yds of offense in the fourth quarter is absolutely coaching malpractice. Just no excuse for it at all. Just gross.
Watching this Indiana vs Nebraska game and I’m reminded … I swear Joel Klatt might be the most annoying college football color analyst / commentator / whatever-they’re-called in all of college football. I’d almost rather mute the game and watch it in silence than have to listen to that guy.
